David is an associate in the firm’s Litigation practice group.

David’s practice focuses on commercial and general business litigation in state and federal courts. He also has diverse experience in bankruptcy court and handling a range of civil litigation matters for both plaintiffs and defendants, including disputes involving intellectual property, breach of contract, fraud, business torts, construction surety bonds, civil rights, and employment discrimination. In addition, David has experience with insurance coverage, accounting malpractice, product liability and banking practices.

A native of Pittsburgh, David attended the University of Pittsburgh for his undergraduate studies and graduated with honors from the University of Pittsburgh School of law, where he was an editor of the Law Review, member of the Pitt Law national Mock Trial and appellate Moot Court teams, served on the Moot Court Board, and was inducted to the national Order of Barristers in recognition of his oral advocacy and brief writing skills. While in law school, David also served as a judicial intern for The Honorable R. Stanton Wettick, Jr. in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, and provided pro bono representation for clients as a certified legal intern with the Pitt Law Health Law Clinic.

David’s participation in Moot Court and Mock Trial during law school provided a valuable foundation for the advocacy skills that he uses to deliver exceptional service for his clients as a practicing attorney, and he now gives other aspiring lawyers the same opportunity by volunteering to judge law school and high school mock trial competitions.
