Background:
A native of Pittsburgh, David attended the University of Pittsburgh for his undergraduate studies and graduated with honors from the University of Pittsburgh School of law, where he was an editor of the Law Review, member of the Pitt Law national Mock Trial and appellate Moot Court teams, and served on the Moot Court Board.
