Collections – Commercial, Retail, and Construction

Our Creditors’ Rights team has extensive experience in all areas of debt collection, ranging from pre-litigation consumer and commercial collection efforts to judgment enforcement. Our clients range from national businesses, including leading financial institutions and collection agencies, to local firms and individuals.

We excel in judgment enforcement including the ability to: lien real estate; attach bank accounts; and levy upon real and personal property. We regularly domesticate and enforce judgments from other states. Additionally, our Creditors’ Rights team has the specific experience to effectively handle the unique aspects of construction collections, including: filing and enforcing mechanics’ liens; litigating labor and material payment bond claims; and dealing with paid when paid clauses.

We will advise you as to which collection efforts are the most cost effective and which are most likely to succeed. We will then aggressively act on those recommendations in order to maximize the recovery to you.

Contact our team at Bernstein-Burkley today at 412-456-8100 to see how we can assist you in Creditors’ Rights.
