Bernstein-Burkley, P.C. Attorney Appointed to Allegheny County Bar Association Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section Council

Bernstein-Burkley, P.C. attorney Jon McKechnie has been elected to serve a three-year term with the Bankruptcy And Commercial Law Section Council of the Allegheny County Bar Association.

“I am looking forward to working with the Allegheny County Bar Association in this important capacity,” McKechnie said. “Along with informing ACBA members of significant developments in the fields of bankruptcy and commercial law, the Section sponsors continuing education for Pennsylvania attorneys and provides important information to the public on bankruptcy matters.”

The Allegheny County Bar Association (ACBA) is a professional organization with more than 6,700 members including lawyers, judges, district justices, legal administrators and paralegals. McKechnie has been an active member of the ACBA for four years.

A member of the Pennsylvania Bar since 1982, McKechnie practices in Bernstein-Burkley, P.C.’s commercial collection litigation, bankruptcy and foreclosure departments.
