Focus:
Madison is an associate in Bernstein-Burkley’s Litigation practice group, where she concentrates her practice in commercial litigation.
She handles various stages of litigation including investigation, strategic pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and case management. She is particularly skilled in legal writing and developing litigation strategies that are both thorough and efficient.
Before joining Bernstein-Burkley, Madison represented public entities and insured corporate clients in complex civil litigation matters. She regularly defended school districts in negligence actions and also represented large property owners and real estate companies in litigation matters arising under commercial liability policies.

Madison’s current practice spans state and federal courts, with a focus on developing sound litigation strategy, delivering strong written and oral advocacy, and resolving disputes efficiently.
She has represented clients in matters involving:
