Kelley is the firm’s Director of Operations.

She focuses on the firm’s overall day-to-day operations, developing & implementing strategic plans for future practice and operational needs. Operational excellence, staff development & workplace culture are top priorities and she makes it her mission to deliver results and add value to the firm and our staff.

Before joining the firm, Kelley spent eight years as a director of educational services where she was responsible for operational management of over 3,500 online faculty, all online course operations, including course offering, course creation and management, as well as performance management.  Kelley also previously served as a management business consultant for a global full-service consulting firm that specialized in business process improvements and change management.

Kelley received her Masters of Business Administration from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Roanoke College where she majored in political science.  She has a paralegal certificate from Duquesne University and is currently working towards becoming a Certified Associate in Project Management at the Project Management Institute.
