Dianne is an associate in the firm’s Business Law practice group.

Dianne has extensive experience focusing on commercial lending, commercial bankruptcy, commercial real estate and corporate transactions. She has represented lenders, borrowers, chapter 11 debtors, commercial landlords and tenants and other corporate clients in a wide range of business, bankruptcy, real estate and other commercial matters. After leaving private practice, Dianne spent almost a decade as in-house counsel, and then as general counsel, for a global medical technology manufacturing company. While serving her sole client, Dianne reviewed, negotiated and drafted a variety of complex business contracts and agreements, including commercial instruments, confidentiality agreements, consulting agreements, distribution agreements, manufacturing agreements, employment contracts, business development agreements, supply contracts and other vendor agreements and provided general legal advice in areas such as corporate governance, antitrust, product liability, employee relations and risk management. Dianne was also responsible for designing and deploying a global code of ethics and other organizational initiatives for her client.

Dianne is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and in the State of Florida. Dianne had the honor of being recognized as one of the “Top 50 in Business” by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette while serving in her role as a general counsel.
