Background:

After leaving a private practice, Dianne spent almost a decade as in-house counsel, and then as general counsel, for a global medical technology manufacturing company. While serving her sole client, Dianne reviewed, negotiated and drafted a variety of complex business contracts and agreements, including:

  • Commercial instruments
  • Confidentiality agreements
  • Consulting agreements
  • Distribution agreements
  • Manufacturing agreements
  • Employment contracts
  • Business development agreements
  • Supply contracts and other vendor agreements
  • Legal advice in areas such as corporate governance, antitrust, product liability, employee relations and risk management
