Our Real Estate Practice Group has significant experience in drafting, negotiating and completing site acquisition purchase and sale agreements for commercial real estate development projects. We have represented clients in the acquisition of real estate for multi-million dollar multi-family housing projects, mixed-use projects, retail and commercial projects, and industrial-related projects. As part of the site acquisition process, we advise and assist with entity selection, and formation, due diligence on the various aspects and components of the property and feasibility of the project, and public and private financing for the development of the intended use. Our Real Estate Practice Group also routinely represents clients in the sale of real estate and has completed real estate transactions on behalf of the seller’s side to local, regional and national real estate developers, pharmacy chains, convenient store chains and hotel operators. We also routinely represent buyers and sellers in the sale of individual residential properties.
