(PITTSBURGH) October 17, 2017 – Bernstein-Burkley is pleased to announce the addition of a new associate, Edward F. Hirshberg, to its team of skilled attorneys. Ed joins the firm’s growing Litigation practice, where he will concentrate on commercial litigation.
Ed’s legal experience includes a broad focus in litigation, ranging from municipal and school-based property assessment litigation to real estate and title claims litigation. He also has experience assessing and handling insurance claims, foreclosure proceedings, eminent domain matters, class-action suits, breach of contract suits, personal injury actions and creditors’ rights issues.
Ed also has an extensive background in real estate matters. Prior to beginning his legal career, he worked as a multi-million dollar producing realtor and, later, a top mortgage officer with a national bank.
